I had combo hiv test at 35 days and after 40 days after exposure, all tests negative. 1-is it conclusive ? or should i repeat it at 42 days ? 2-the number of first test was 0.2 and second one was 0.6 is that make difference or need retesting ?

Differences in the number mean nothing if it is below the cut-off value for that test run. Your results of 0.2 and 0.6 are both totally negative; pay no other attention to the specific number. Your negative result at 35 days is 98-99% conclusive. You need a final result at 6 weeks (or, ideally, 45 days) for a 100% conclusive result.
