No more testing: The HIV tests are among the most accurate diagnostic tests ever developed, for any health problem. Your negative test proves for sure you do not have HIV. And the large majority of perianal yeast/fungal infections are not due to HIV anyway. No worries, but check with your doctor about treating or preventing the perianal irritation. Good luck!
