Wondering what this all means my 3.7 year old blood tests says urea nitrogen 16 is high with standard of 3-12 bun creatinine ratio is 48 standard is 6-22 creatinine is .33 which it says in standard range which is 0.20- 0.73 globulin was low 1.9?

High BUN and BUN/Creat with normal creatinine mean either your child was low in volume (mild dehydration) or eating a high protein diet at the time he had the test done. Low volume or dehydration is more common. Low globulin is likely insignificant unless your child has had recurrent infections and the etiology is undetermined. In that case, further work-up may be considered.
