I routinely have high urea nitrogen and bun/creatinine ratio blood test results. this combined with frequent peeing at night and puffy hands/face in the morning and occasionally during the day make me wonder if i have a kidney problem. ?

Maybe yes...: ...but the answer depends on the numbers. Certainly these symptoms could go along with significantly abnormal kidney function, but it's the actual BUN and creatinine numbers that tell the story. Ask another question that includes those lab test results, as well as calculated creatinine clearance, if that was reported with the creatinine result. Or just ask your doctor.
