All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not a cause for concern. You may have been dehydrated when blood was collected for testing. Wish you good health!

I have elevated blood creatinine (1.34 mg/dL) and all other tests lie in normal range (blood albumin&protein, spot urine ACR, kidney USG, BUN, Urea, U. Acid). I used to lift heavy weights but quit. I always had elevated creatinine. Something to worry?

If the albumin in the blood is consistently rising, will the globulin also rise in response? Both have been consistently rising together. Albumin remains in the normal range. Globulin is high normal, although did come down a bit recently.
