My blood work came back and everything is in the green except for my bun/creatinine (34) and my urea nitrogen(27 mg.) levels are high. my red blood cell count is low at 3.66l. i was just wondering what this could mean?

What was the Creatinine itself? Usually when the BUN is a little elevated or the BUN/Creatinine ratio is elevated in an otherwise healthy person, it is most likely related to dehydration: you should make sure you are drinking enough liquids during the day. Red blood cell count is only part of the picture but be part of Iron deficiency anemia- common in menstruating females.
