I've had swolle lyph nodes for 2 years without change there small and below half an inch and are located at both sides of my jaw. i also get light heads when i raise my head to quick. could this be waldenstrm macroglobulinaemia?

Unlikely. If the nodes have not changed in two years, it it not malignant. You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
