Cevical radiculitis: Most likely the cause of your headaches is related to loss of the normal curvature of the cervical spine, affecting your neck muscles which are attached to the skull, causing headaches, which we call Tension headaches. This is due to bad posture while sleeping & sitting. Management will require obtaining cervical spine X-Rays, physical therapy, neck exercises.
