Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia is a very rare form of non-Hodgin's leukemia, where bone marrow is replaced with excess white cells and plasma cells. Get a referral to a hematologist for an exam and further testing.

Very unlikely. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
