A member asked:

Could i have waldenstrm macroglobulinaemia? i have a pair of lyph nodes in my jaw which haven't changed in 2 years. i also get light heads when i raise my head to fast. so could i have waldenstrm macroglobulinaemia with an unchanged lymph node?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No. If the lymph nodes have not grown in two years, you do not have lymphoma or Waldenstrom. You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
