This is a rather nondescript eruption at this time. No itching, pain, tenderness, blistering? ?insect bite. Observe for spreading, new eruptions, blisters, burning & spreading redness suggesting infection. If only itching at this time, apply corticosteroid ointment. See your PCP or dermatologist as needed.

If the rash is itching, it could be an insect bite. You can leave it be or use steroid cream or cold compress for relieving the itching. If it is not itching, watching for its progression and if new rash comes out. If fever, chill or significant tenderness or more rashes occur you should visit urgent care center.
