Psoriatic arthritis: Sorry to hear. There could be many things related or unrelated to your psoriasis. One related cause could be psoriatic arthritic at those joints. However, that inflammatory arthritis is better diagnosed by your rheumatologist. If you don't have one, may be wise to have your medical history, symptoms listed, and get a blood test with diagnostic imaging. Good luck.
