See a doctor now!: Calf tenderness, swelling and pain in one leg can mean infection, inflammation, blocked lymph channels or DVT. You need to see a doctor to examine and get blood tests and ultrasound if needed. If there is a DVT it needs treatment. Use this assessment to find out your risk of developing one. http://www.nhs.uk/tools/documents/self_assessments_js/assessment.html?&ASid=71&mobile=true&nosplash=true

Time to go now: You don't want to take any chances. Your symptoms do resemble those of a DVT. An ultrasound is often the test of choice and tends to be very accurate. It's painless and inexpensive. See a physician as soon as possible!
