I would look for other reasons for your symptoms. Congestive heart failure with preserved ejection fraction is more of a clinical diagnosis than an echocardiographic one according to some clinicians. Was your EKG normal? Chest X-Ray ok? Anemia? Proteinuria? Low serum albumin? Pulmonary disease, chronic venous insufficiency are other possibilities . However if you have sleep apnea, get it treated
