See your doctor: You may have a DVT (blood clot) in your calf vein. If you do, you'll need medication and some bed rest. You sound like you have some exacerbation of your chf, and you could have less than optimal blood to the left leg. Any of these need immediate attention, so call your doctor now. Good luck.

Seek attention!: Calf pains, particularly associated with chest pains or difficulty breathing may be a sign of a deep venous thrombosis (blood clot), possibly a pulmonary embolus. Seek immediate care to evaluate a possible clot that may require blood thinners or result in a fatal embolus.
