I have had heart tests such as stress echo blood tests echocardiogram ECG and 48 hour monitor...what else could have symptoms of shortness of breath dizziness night sweats that is not heart related?

Heart rate goes to 44 at rest laid down sometimes, ecg, holter, stress ecg, echo, cardiac mri all normal. Bloods normal. Any further testing or normal? Not athletic. Increases when I move around and exercise.
