Went to er short of breath & leg edema. test showed bpn 331 & d dimer quant 0.67 & normal sngm for clot in legs. 1st dr said no chf & 2nd said yes? y

Maybe: Bnp of 331 is considered 'borderline' and can be due to right or left heart failure; and may or may not be chf. Clots neg is a good thing. Edema has scores of causes.
