Why do I get choking sesncation in my left side of my brest like my heart is stress out but all testst are normal for heart evry test u can think is d?
Can't sleep! 11 hours in 4 days. Every time I try, I jerk awake with throat convulsion or bolt of adrenaline (or both!). Pounding heart, trembling, choking feeling follow. Tried mag, calc, vit d, b vits, valerian, sleeping upright/sides/back--nada :?
