My 15 month old and 3.5 year old are finally getting their first covid shot here in ontario canada this week. if i give tyelnol or advil right after the vaccine (about 30-40 mins after when we get home) will that affect immunity response?

The vaccination reaction is not indicative of the antibody response. A mild fever may occur in the first 48 hours after vaccination. A weight based dose of either fever control medication will not affect the level of antibody response.
