I am receiving my first covid vaccine today around 9. i woke with a bad headache around 3, took some advil and read it could interfere with the immune response. i'm realky upset now. cancel isn't an option i may have to wait a long time for another?

Get your vaccine. The Advil is not an immunosuppressant or even a modulator, it is an anti-inflammatory. There should be no reason to worry about the vaccine immune response.
