I am on day 8 of covid. the worst symptoms have been nasal congestion and bad sinus pain (my teeth hurt and low forehead hurts to touch). even with tylenol and advil. how concerning is this? do i wait a few more days before call dr for antibiotics?

Antibiotics do not help cure covid. The antiviral Paxlovid must be started in the first 5 days to yield benefit. If you are not hospitalized with low oxygen levels by now it is likely this will pass in time.

Too late for anti-virals. Antibiotics treat bacterial infections, not viral or fungal. By all means contact your family doctor and report your symptoms, then follow his/her advice to the letter. And in the future call at onset of symptoms for greatest choice of treatments.
