Normal local reaction, may take 3-4 days to resolve. Focal swelling along with soreness is very common reaction. Some of the vaccinee experiences swelling of lymph node in armpit as well.

Very common to experience local tenderness and even mild reddening and swelling over the first 2-3 days following medication injections, especially vaccinations.
