Since 1 month i got chest pain and i went for ecg it is borderline ecg (t-wave ab). the chest pain like pin point and moving around the chest some times and some times burning sensation . so can you please suggest me that i need to go further tests?

Yes, follow up with your general practitioner is needed in order to have a clear explanation for your symptoms and test results. The chest pain that appears to be pinpoint is not likely to be related to your heart, but this will have to be clarified based on exam and review of your tests.
