Er ecg cant rule out ant infarct, only 1 troponin test, normal. burning sen in chest back& arms. dr ecg normal. why? er didn't do more troponin test?

The EKG machine: computer interpretations are slanted to worst case requiring Doctor over-read. Although women's symptoms are often atypical, burning in chest back and arms is not a cardiac symptom. Troponin test is extremely sensitive, rapid and diagnostic. Additional testing is not indicated.
