Had over 100 ecg tests. 2x 24 hour recorders. 2x heart ultrasound. all normal. get chest pain now and again. hours ago i got sharp pain here and there. now it's back. feel more upon movements. but sometimes at rest. heart attack? other cardiac issue?

The most common "heart like" pain at your age comes from a structure just behind & to the left of the heart. That is where the swallow tube joins the stomach with a purse string closure. Backwash of stomach acid through a loose closure triggers variable intermittent pain. Caffeine & dark chocolates loosen the closure. Reclining after meals increases the problem.
