Early repol: Early repolarization is a common finding on ekg usually benign you may have a non cardiac basis of chest pain.

Look further : Ekg is insensitive to ischemic heart disease. You need to explore further. A completely non-invasive tool called multifunction cardiogram may help! http://en.M.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/multifunction_cardiogram go find a physician who offer this test.
