How to know when chest pain is heart related or dangerous at all? i noticed a sharp pain come quickly and then went away again. a few hours ago. now it's back. notice it when moving around. i'm 28. normal ecgs recently?

The most common "heart like" pain at your age comes from a structure just behind & to the left of the heart. That is where the swallow tube joins the stomach with a purse string closure. Backwash of stomach acid through a loose closure triggers variable intermittent pain. Caffeine & dark chocolates loosen the closure. Reclining after meals increases the problem.
