Nerves twich & burn: It would be highly unusual to find these symptoms attributed to the heart in a 21 year-old. Damage or pathology involving nerves (peripheral or central) is the most likely explanation for these symptoms. Non-organic causes are also possible if symptoms are unchanged over the past year.
