Please Worry!: Chest pain = alarm. Less scary things can cause it, such as heartburn or muscle pains. HOWEVER, chest pain can also come from a heart attack, a blood clot in the lung, and other disastrous causes. Just because you had a negative workup before, doesn't mean you would have a negative workup now. If having active chest pain, go to the ER. If not, see your regular doctor - may need other testing!
