What does a normal unconfirmed ecg report indicate? if it states normal, does it mean that everything heart related is alright? despite the report, i have chest burning/stinging sensation. i have diabetes 255 at random. please let me know. thankyou.

Normal EKG: Most likely the EKG is nl and the burning sensation you have is probably from acid peptic disease. Diabetics -poorly controlled are prone for diabetic gastropathy. Symptoms you have may be from gastro esophageal reflux disease ,as there is DM neuropathy involving visceral nerves(organs like esophagus, stomach).Take pepcid(famotidine ) 20 mg tablet OTC -1 tab twice a day for 2 wks.If helps,3 months
