Focal active colitis in colon & rectum. colon distended, diarrhea, lower abdominal pain left & right side. high crp, low rbc etc. i.e. rbc down to 3.48. haven't had a menstrual cycle since late feb (had some spotting in may). doc thinks crohns?

Definitely an inflammatory bowel disease appears likely with many other possibilities in the differential, including infectious or drug related for example. Tight follow up with both your primary care doc and gastroenterologist is recommended.
