Important to note: there are several disorders causing problems with neuromuscular junction, and myasthenia is but one. Sometimes, the ultimate diagnosis is challenging. Suggest clarification via a second opinion, and would coordinate with your current neurologist. (Maybe have a MUSK blood level if not already done?)

It is your prerogative to consult a different neurologist for a second opinion, keep in mind that not all clinical situations fit into neat diagnostic categories. Wish you good health!
