I have a positive achr antibody modulating level of 11% and a mild positive striational muscle antibody test. my symptoms are muscle cramping, and weakness that gets worse with activity and better with rest. do i have myasthenia gravis?

If you have those symptoms along with positive acetylcholine receptor (AChR) binding antibody and positive striated muscle antibody, you likely have myasthenia gravis.

Presume you are being followed by a neurologist. Your post does suggest a problem affecting the neuro-muscular junction and indeed this may be Myasthenia. There is a protocol to confirm, and this may include additional blood studies and electrodiagnostic testing. Evaluation of the thymus gland should be included. New medications are available.
