If your body is making AChR antibodies it usually means MG is present. I'm not familiar with a borderline negative result. The other blood test, MuSK may be positive and if your clinical features warrant it, should be then performed. Your neurologist can advise you best,however.

First, anti-neuromuscular junctional antibodies do NOT occur in anybody, only in myasthenia pts., but may be negative in those with isolated ocular myasthenia. When results are "borderline", this is confusing and should prompt a discussion with your doctor, and a plan for the next steps.
