It seems that you do not have the typical presentation of myasthenia gravis. Is only right eye affected? How did you respond with the ice pack test? If the SFEMG and MRI are also normal, myasthenia gravis can be ruled out.

Focal right eye drooping is not necessarily due to Myasthenia and could be a Horner's phenomenon due to nerve compression in upper chest, neck, or face. The ordered tests are appropriate, and might have a Tensilon test if not yet done. Anti-neuromuscular junctional antibodies can be negative in some cases of ocular myasthenia. Appears your doctor is proceeding appropriately.
