There is no reason to worry about it because triglycerides can be brought back to normal. It can happen if you just had a big meal before your blood was drawn. It can also happen when you eat a lot of simple carbs - like sugar and white flour, but eating a lot of meat and dairy will do it too. Exercise will decrease triglycerides as well as cutting the back the bad carbs.
