I recently got a lipid panel and my triglycerides read as 110, which it says is high. what does mean if everything else is normal, and how can i lower this number or get it back into normal range quickly?

Majority of labs would consider 110 a normal value, with 150 being the upper value of normal. Your doc may be able to place the value in proper context in your case.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your result is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
