When does bleeding stop after testicle hydrocele surgery?

IMMIDIATELY WHEN STI: The bleeding stops once the stiches are placed and skin incision is closed with staples or stiches.

Should have stopped: By end of operation. Should not be bleeding. Call your urologist to discuss. May need to visit er if u can't get hold of your surgeon.

Swelling: Bleeding should stop immediately but swelling can persist for 6 weeks post-op.
