Can seroma on testicle occur after hydrocelectomy? or is hydrocele recurring? it is only on the top, but the original hydrocele encased entire testicle. i am 3 weeks post op?

The seroma is more localized and it will get smaller by time. If it gets bigger and becomes diffused, the recurrence is likely.

It is probably a seroma and will gradually get absorbed. During hydrocelectomy the sac holding fluid is removed or everted so you dont get hydrocele again. Give it some time. If not gone in 2-3 weeks see the surgeon
