Will take wks: It is not unusual to develop hematoma after hrdrocelectomy will resolve slowly , may take 6 to 8 wks.

Weeks: A post-op hematoma after a hydrocele repair is one of the most common complications and is quite painful. It can take weeks to resolve and depends on its severity. My condolences.

On 5/27, I had a hydrocelectomy. The day after my 2 week checkup (6/9), I had breakthrough bleeding. I saw the doc on the 10th; he cut one suture and packed the opening. I am still seeping on 7/9. Been wearing Depends...changing them every 6 hours?
3 mos post-hydrocelectomy. Testicle is lemon size, dense, painless. Large postop scrotal hematoma evac'd 2 wks ago. Why testicle so large still? Sad.

I had hydrocelectomy 2 weeks back & am having varying fever 99-101. Wbc counts are also high-17000 but doctors couldn't find any infection. Is it ok?
