Wait...: What happened to your post-hydrocelectomy incision is nothing unusual, though not desirable. The most reasonable course for you to take is: continue to keep the incision clean and dry, avoid picking or separating for a look, and take no bath or shower for additional 3-4 days, but even then, still take a protective measures until postop swelling and pain go down. If in doubt, ask surgeon timely.
