I'm 7 month s/p c-sec. only period was 3 month after, 0 since. had on/off spotting day before u/s exam 3wk ago lasting 2wk. u/s result? 3.1cm ill-defined heterogeneous area in anterior uterus,poss fibroid vs myometrium heterogeneity; 15mm endo stripe?

I doubt any serious problem but a MRI of the uterus may be helpful as the next step versus D & C for the diagnosis +/- treatment. Likely, your GYN doctor will order a hormone panel as well which should include thyroid function tests before the treatment for regulating your cycle.
