: Your uterine size is normal and fibroid is common but thick endometrium and a complex area need to be investigated by the D&amp;C with biopsy. You should be calm and wait for the planned procedure, nothing to worry at this point. Because you have had symptoms for years, I doubt a malignant disease. Take care and good luck.

Your uterine size is normal and fibroid is common but thick endometrium and a complex area need to be investigated by the D&C with biopsy.
