I had an us of the uterus (after yrs of pain, during random times, period and sex) thickened endo lining, measuring 186 grams. a complex area as well as fibroids were found. im 36. what could this be? having a d&c with biopsy done next month?

Your uterine size is normal and fibroid is common but thick endometrium and a complex area need to be investigated by the D&C with biopsy. You should be calm and wait for the planned procedure, nothing to worry at this point. Because you have had symptoms for years, I doubt a malignant disease. Take care and good luck.
