Is it possible for hiv to get transmitted from dried alum stone used at barber shop when barber used the dried alum stone dipping it on water and apply on top of the fresh razor cut wound on the skin when blood coming out of the wound?

HIV cannot be transmitted through above mentioned mechanism unless fresh contaminated blood on it, the virus does not live on inanimate surfaces or in the air. There is still a risk for transmission for other germs and the wound should be watched closely until healed.
