Stop worrying: If we could get HIV at the barber's, we'd see it actually happening. It doesn't. This has been looked at and nobody's shown transmission. Ask your barber how the razor is cleaned between customers. The HIV virus is so wimpy that even a hot, fresh blood-laden needle only transmits 1 time in 300. Further, a razor that cuts a person usually does not get much blood on it in the first place.
