I was getting a hair cut and on the back of my head under my hair i got a cut from the razor. i doubt the barber sanitized the razor. any risks? hiv?

Very unlikely: 1st the razor has to be contaminated with blood from someone with HIV just before it was used on you. Even then the risk is very low. If your barber does not clean his razor with antiseptic (even just an alcohol spray) between use, you should find another barber or make sure that he does before you let him cut your hair. If you are very bothered, get a blood test done .
