I got shaved in a barber shop and had a few small cuts on my face. the razor was new but later he rubbed my face with a shared alum block.there was no visible blood on alum. if that alum was used on someone infected will i contract hiv,hcv or both?

No : As opposed to other viruses, HIV and HCV do not survive long enough outside their host. The main use for the alum blocks is specifically to neutralize such microorganisms and as such transmission would be highly unlikely.
