I got a razor cut during shave from a barber a little blood came out , i could not see if the barber had changed the blade before he started shaving or not , am i at risk of hiv if the razor was having small amount of hiv +ve blood spot on it ??

HIV cannot be transmitted through above mentioned mechanism unless fresh contaminated blood on it, blood coagulates or clots in seconds, viruses do not live on inanimate surfaces or in the air. There is still a risk for transmission for other germs and the wound should be watched closely until healed.
