Went to barber for shaving my head&he made a razor cut on my head but no blood coming. he took a white colour stone and dip it in water&touched that stone on my razor cut wound to have some chill feeling.any possibility of hiv infection from stone?

It was probably Alum to stop the blood. You will not get HIV from it if the barber keeps it clean and not uses it on HIV +ve people.

This is one of those theoretical risks that probably never happens. Most likely nobody in the world has been infected with HIV through a razor cut in a barber's office and you won't be the first. Don't worry about it.
