Im abroad seeing family, i have a sore throat no other symptoms. if i have strep throat what can i tell them i can/cant take? i am allergic to augmentin, sulfa, doxy, bactrim, and maybe penicillin. i think ive taken zpack before but not sure?

If you are allergic to augmentin you are likely allergic to penicillin. Yes, you can take azithromycin or erythromycin. Cephalosporin such as cephalexin (keflex) can be used too (chance of PCN cross allergy is less than 10%).
